- 2 Eggplants
- 2 Zucchini
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Ball of mozzarella
- 4 Garlic clove
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Seasoning: salt and pepper

Preheat your oven at 180°C.
Peel the zucchini. Slice the eggplants and the zucchini into very thin slice.
Slice the tomatoes and the cheese into small pieces.
Grease your pan and layer each vegetable and cheese on one another.
Randomly place the garlic on top of the vegetable layers.
Season with salt and pepper and add a little bit of olive oil on top of the vegetables.
Bake for 1hour at 180°. When it’s ready, remove the garlic and add a little bit of basil and it is finished.
