The right pace is the one that is OK for you. It’s up to everyone to find their own, while knowing that there are a few principles to respect:
- Eat three real meals a day: a full breakfast, a full lunch, and a lighter dinner to sleep well.
Do not forget children’s snacks, adolescents; small appetites and those who exercise physically, but favor slowrelease sugars.
So it is better to eat a piece of bread than a single fruit. If, despite everything, you prefer a fruit, accompany it with a dairy product, which will slow down the assimilation of sugars.
- Avoid snacking all day.
- Take the time to eat, because chewing takes part in the digestion process.
- Practice a regular sports activity. Walking, running, biking and swimming are very comprehensive sports that keep you healthy.
