Sesame Seeds Biscuits Recipe


  • 200g Hazelnut powder
  • 170g All purpose flour
  • 100g Soy milk
  • 20g Coconut or olive oil
  • 35g Parmesan
  • 30g Sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp Provencal spices
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Preparation: 20 min
  • Cooking time: 25 min
  • Chilling time: 30 min
  • Total: 1h15


In a large bowl, mix the hazelnut powder and the flour.

Add in the soy milk and the coconut oil and mix for few minutes.

When you have a smooth texture, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until the sesame seeds are well distributed. If your dough is too sticky, add a little bit of flour.

Spread the dough over a floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough to around 1 cm.

Put the dough on a parchment paper and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes. Wait for it to cool down and its ready! You can slice it at your desired size.
