Banana oat cookie
1 cup Oat
Instructions: Smash 2 banana in a bowl and add in 1 cup of oat and mix until the banana is well distributed.
Get a baking tray with a parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper coconut oil.
Make a little cookie shape with the size of 1 tablespoon.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Banana energy balls
2 cup of Oats
1/3 Maple syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tsp Salt
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 to 30 seconds. Make sure to scrape the sides in between.
When you have smaller chucks of nuts, take a scoop of the mixture and make little balls.
Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes to let the oats absorb the moisture. Enjoy you healthy snack!

Instructions: One of the most known healthy snack is an avocado toast. For this, you only need a whole bread with a little seasoning on top and it is ready.
Add banana, almond butter and brewed coffee in a blender and blend until you have a smooth texture.
This snack makes a really good pre workout snack and you can store it in your freezer and blend it when you need it.
Healthy chocolate dipping sauce
1 tbsp Unsweetened nut butter
½ tsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup
Mix these three ingredients in a small bowl and its ready!
You can eat it with apple, strawberries and any other fruits of your choice.
