- 2 Avocado
- 200g Cooked chickpeas
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch of Salt and pepper

Blend the chickpeas in a blender until you have a puree.
Grate the lemon a little bit for the zest then squeeze to obtain the juice. Mix it with the chickpeas.
Add in the avocado and the olive oil and your preferred seasoning. Mix until you obtain a smooth and even texture.
Your healthy avocado hummus is ready!
