Healthy Homemade Vegetable Chips


  • 1 Red beet
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1 Parsnip
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Preparation:  5 min
  • Cooking time:  30 min
  • Total: 35 min


  • Preheat your oven at 160°C.
  • Peel the vegetables and slice them into very thin pieces with a knife or preferably using a machine.
  • Mix the vegetables with the olive oil and make sure that each chips are well covered by the oil.
  • Place the chips on a parchment paper. Make sure to not overlay the vegetables.
  • Bake for around 30 minutes.
  • Salt as soon as they are ready and its finished. Let it cool down for few minutes and you can enjoy your homemade chips.
