Ingredients
- 1 Red beet
- 1 Sweet potato
- 1 Parsnip
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Pinch of salt

- Cooking time: 30 min
- Total: 35 min
Instructions
- Preheat your oven at 160°C.
- Peel the vegetables and slice them into very thin pieces with a knife or preferably using a machine.
- Mix the vegetables with the olive oil and make sure that each chips are well covered by the oil.
- Place the chips on a parchment paper. Make sure to not overlay the vegetables.
- Bake for around 30 minutes.
- Salt as soon as they are ready and its finished. Let it cool down for few minutes and you can enjoy your homemade chips.
