Brownie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 100g Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup of Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Sweetener (erythritol)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl (Almond flour, Cocoa powder, Salt and Baking soda).

In a separate bowl crack all the eggs and add in the sweetener. Whisk until the eggs doubles in volume and set aside.

Grab another bowl to melt the chocolate and the butter. You can put the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds or any other method of your choice to melt the 2 ingredients.

Mix the melted chocolate and the butter until you have a smooth chocolate.

Add the chocolate to the egg mixture and whisk for few seconds.

Add the dry ingredients to the whole and mix until you get a smooth texture.

Remember to grease you pan then pour the mixture in.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Note: According to your desired texture, you can whisk the eggs longer until it triples in volume and discard the baking soda.
