Dough with herbs

Ingredients for 6:

  • 100g of herbs (chervil, chives, flat parsley, oregano, thyme flurs)
  • 1kg Flour 55
  • 8 eggs
  • 1case of olive oil

Utensil: a pasta machine.

1- Chop the fine herbs with a knife.
2- Sift the flour. Arrange it as a fountain. Dig a well.

3- Pour in the eggs, oil and herbs. Add to the fork to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough.

Preferably work this dough by machine rather than with a rolling pin to distribute the herbs well.
