  • Protein Pancake:
    • 115g oat powder
    • ½ cup of milk (115g)
    • 3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk
    • 4 tbsp Plain yogurt (60g)
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp honey + pinch of salt
  • Meatballs:
    • 250g minced pork
    • 1 egg yolks
    • 20g oat powder
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Egg salad:
    • salad
    • 3-4 hard-boiled eggs
    • 200g plain greek yogurt
    • 1tbsp Mustard

Remember, this diet plan should be followed up with some regular exercices.
