- 150g All purpose flour
- 100g Butter
- 25cl Water
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking powder

Preheat your oven at 210°C.
Boil the water then remove it from the heat. Add in the butter to melt it.
Stir in the flour, the salt and the baking powder with a wooden spoon.
Mix until the dough comes together as a smooth ball
Let the dough cool down for few minutes.
Add the sugar and one egg to the mixture then beat the dough using an electric mixer. Beat until its fully incorporated then add the other eggs one at a time while allowing to fully incorporate between each additions.
Place the mixture on a parchment paper using a teaspoon or a piping bag fitted with ½” tip.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the top gets a little bit brown. Do not open the oven unless it is completely baked.
