- 280g Cooked chickpeas
- 1 carrot (approximately 100g)
- 50g All purpose flour
- Fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper

Grate the carrots and mix it with chopped coriander.
Add the cooked chickpeas in a mixer or a blender and blend it until you obtain a puree.
In a bowl, mix the puree with the flour, salt and the pepper. Mix for few seconds and add in the carrots and coriander.
Mix everything gently then put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven at 230°C.
After the dough was cooled in the fridge make little balls and press it to form little circles. Set each circles on a parchment paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
